Who We Are
Mission Fit isn’t just another fitness franchise. We didn’t stumble into this industry after realizing our business could be replicated like most franchises. In fact, Mission Fit was purpose-built from the ground up to be a franchise system. Why? Because we were founded by gym owners/operators and former franchisees of other brands. We’ve seen the good and bad of both corporate and franchise fitness brands, and we knew we could do it better. Our plan was simple – create a business structured to be ultra low cost, while delivering exceptional value to our members. Simple, not easy, but we did it. Mission Fit is built to be inexpensive to start and operate, while charging premium pricing and overdelivering to our members by guaranteeing they achieve their fitness goals. You may be wondering how we did that. Don’t worry, we’ll get to that soon.
We knew that being a great franchisor is about more than having a successful business model. We also knew that if we were going to succeed, we had to really understand how to serve our franchisees, and know what exactly they would want from a franchisor. After all, their success is our success. After a lot of thought and research, we found franchisees are looking for a few specific things across all industries: they want meaningful support in training and education, fair royalties that don’t cause undue burden to their business, and for their franchisor to actually fight for their success. So, that’s what we do. Let’s face it; at the end of the day, no one wants to be a franchisee.They want to be a business owner. They want financial freedom, time for their loved ones, to be their own boss, and the opportunity to build wealth on their own terms. We created Mission Fit to help you do just that.
